Today, I'm flying from Cairo to New York at a cruising altitude of over 40,000 feet, with a mind filled with thoughts that are soaring even higher than that. And, as I settle comfortably into the seat that will be my office for the next 10 plus hours, one thought rises above the others . . . what on earth is happening on earth?
Earthquakes, fires, floods, tsunamis, threatening volcanoes and hurricanes that rush through the alphabet like Olympic sprinters. Homes, businesses and hundreds upon hundreds of lives, decimated. . . devastation everywhere. Some say global warming, some say government manipulation, some even say punishment meted out by an angry God, but, we all know from the Law of Mentalism, that thoughts are the energy of creation. And, that every experience we are having is being caused by what we are thinking.
We have known for a long time that we are moving rapidly toward the 12 o'clock (Aquarian) position where, because of the position of the Light, there can be no shadow. . . where everything in the dark must be exposed. The fear, (mainly caused by ignorance and mis-identification) and its resulting hate and greed, is running rampant, leaving destruction and widespread suffering in its wake.
It is really time for us who understand the problem, to stand more obviously as the solution to the problem. It is time for us to take control of our wayward, self-consumed egos, and, turning away from fear, to see clearer and to love harder. We have to be willing to eliminate all of our judgements about the way it should be and begin acknowledging the way it could be if we keep in mind that the Game is already won.
Now, I may be a dreamer, but I truly believe that our collective human consciousness has manifested governments (church and state), technology and global communication systems that are causing a lot of the darkness that plagues us to be dredged to the surface, where it, having been nauseatingly revealed, can be observed, contemplated and ultimately forgiven.
We know that at the end of the day, it's all good. And, until it's good, it's not over.
