Do some research on Hans Jenny and his vibration experiments.  If you have access to a physics department, go and see if you can witness a vibrational plate in action. If not, watch videos of his work on-line. 

Chant The Gayatri ONCE out loud during your morning practice. If you do not make it through the whole 30-minutes, then repeat it the next day until you do.
